1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the website skylerbertone.com (hereinafter "the Site") are subject to the user's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Access to the site implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Portfolio Copyright

All content on the Site, including but not limited to 3D models, renders, textures, images, text, logos, source code and interface design, are the exclusive property of Skyler Bertone or the respective clients for whom the works were created (where specified). Such content is protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

2.2 Use of 3D Models

The Site uses 3D visualization technologies to allow users to inspect the works.

• Viewing License: The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license exclusively to view the works through the web browser for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.3 Prohibitions

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Download, extract, decompile or reverse engineer 3D source files (e.g. .gltf, .glb, .usdz) through network inspection tools or scrapers
• Use renders or 3D models to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, including generative image or geometry models, "Image-to-3D" or "Image-to-Image" models
• Use any digital photogrammetry technique or automated screen capture to reconstruct the geometry of displayed models
• Remove any watermarks or copyright metadata from files
• Reproduce, distribute or use commercially any content without written authorization

3. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". Skyler Bertone does not guarantee that the Site is free of errors, viruses or interruptions.

• Hardware Compatibility: 3D features require compatible hardware (GPU, modern browser). The Owner is not responsible for malfunctions due to outdated or unsupported hardware.
• External Links: The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram). The Owner has no control over such sites and assumes no responsibility for them.

4. User Conduct

The user agrees to:

• Use the Site in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site without authorization
• Not interfere with the operation of the Site
• Not use bots, spiders or other automated tools to access the Site

5. Changes to Terms

Skyler Bertone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes will constitute acceptance of them.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute:

• If the User is a Consumer: Court of residence or domicile of the consumer.
• If the User is a Professional or Company: Exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
